Second Life Integration tutorial at OSCON finished
The tutorial sold out in the end and even though I had arrived just the night before and felt like I was about to pass out I think it went OK. I had a lot of good comments about it afterwards so now I have to figure out how to get hardware to everybody as cheaply as possible: because we couldn't get the Arduino development kits from Italy in time to distribute at the tute it's going to cost a lot more in shipping to send them to everybody individually, and I don't think O'Reilly are too happy about that. I'm doing my best to get it sorted out though.

Basic Second Life Integration site is online
This site has been put together as a resource for participants in the tutorial "Hardware / Software Hacking: Joining the Real and the Virtual" at OSCON 2007 and as a reference site for a book I'm currently working on. At present it's pretty bare but I'll flesh it out with code snippets, examples, and project instructions as fast as I can.
In the meantime if you have any questions or comments please contact jon@oxer.com.au.
Cheers :-)
